Return Policy
The return
policy of the website thamma.gr allows customers to return any product
within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests for product replacement must be made via email
to eshop@thamma.gr.
In this case, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. It
should be noted that the above also applies even if the customer did not pay
shipping costs initially, due to a promotional offer included in the
original order. Product replacement will only be accepted if the item is
intact, in its original condition, and accompanied by all documents that
came with the product (e.g., Retail Receipt or Invoice, etc.).
Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Product
The website thamma.gr accepts responsibility for
the shipment of an incorrect, damaged, or otherwise defective product.
The request for a replacement or return must be made within 14 days of
product delivery by sending an email to eshop@thamma.gr.
After coordinating with the appropriate department, the
company will arrange for either product replacement or refund.
Important Notes

In
the case of a defective product, photos of the product and its box will
be required, taken against a clean background, for evaluation of the request.

the case of a return, shipping costs are borne by the sender.

All
exchanges and refunds are based on the prices listed on your receipt or
invoice.

The
product must be in the same condition as received (no damage, stains,
etc.), with intact packaging, all original packing materials inside, and
unopened.

If
the product meets these criteria, you may freely send it to the company for
replacement or refund. Otherwise, the company reserves the
right to refuse the return.
